Day 12 Training Run/Walk 30km

Let me be real – it was tough. Aching muscles, moments of doubt, the whole deal. But you know what? It's in those gritty moments that we find our strength.
This run was like a sneak peek into the challenges waiting for me during the 725km event in November. Painful? Yeah. Eye-opening? Absolutely.
But I'm all in. Embracing every hurdle, pushing past the discomfort. Because I know that each tough step is a step closer to triumph.
