Today marked Day 7 of my intense training for George’s Run, and I conquered a challenging 15km jog/walk with determination and grit. Wrapping up my Achilles for safety, I pushed through the distance in 2.5 hours, fueled by the cause and the support of fellow runners. A refreshing ice bath and essential stretching post-walk ensured my body's recovery. With each step, I'm getting closer to my fitness goal and making a positive impact.
