Day 6: Navigating 20km with Precision 🏃‍♂️🥾 Fueled up and geared up, I embarked on a challenging 20km jog and hike today. With my right Achilles snugly supported, I was all set to conquer the trail. Hydration and nutrition were key players in this endeavor, as I meticulously planned my intake to keep the energy flowing and the spirits high. The path was both demanding and breathtakingly beautiful – a true test of both physical endurance and mindful nourishment.
